Park Apparel - Returns Policy
Here at Park Apparel, we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their items, but like any good day at the park, things happen.
Should you wish to return or exchange an item in your order, we’re here to help. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase, where you can return your item for:
1. A store credit of equivalent value with Park Apparel; or
2. A different item of equivalent value from Park Apparel (this includes the same item of a different size).
If you are 100% sure that we cannot provide you with an item that will satisfy your park needs, we can provide you with a refund of the original order value of the item.
- Please note that any postage costs are not included in the refund amount. Should you choose to receive a refund, any postage costs from your original order will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Exceptions
Please note however, the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
1. Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
2. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to you and must not have any visible signs of wear or use.
Returns Process
Should you wish to proceed with a return, please note the following steps:
1. Email theboys@parkapparel.com.au with your order number, outlining the issue with your item that you wish to return.
2. Once we have approved for your item to be returned, place the item in suitable packaging to ensure it will not be damaged during transit.
a) Please note that the responsibility for the return of the item lies with you until the item is returned to Park Apparel.
b) Should the item be returned to us damaged or lost, Park Apparel waives any responsibility over facilitating an exchange item, or a refund.

NOTE: Please advise us via theboys@parkapparel.com.au, once you have sent your item.
Replacement Items
Please note the following if you have chosen to receive a replacement item:
1. All return postage is at your cost, however the postage of your replacement item is at our cost; and
2. Once we receive your returned item, within 3 business days, our warehouse will process the order, and it will be posted to you.
